POSITION INFO:

Our Maitland (Cape Town) based client is a leading supplier in the hospitality industry. They are growing and is looking to add an Orders Assistant to their team.

A tech savvy person with strong admin and communication skills able to multi-task using Pastel V19 and What’s App Web will secure.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / equivalent
Proficient in MS Office, Pastel v19, what’s app web (non-negotiable)
1 years’ experience in admin, processing orders and generating invoices
Bi-lingual (Eng / Afr)
Attention to detail
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Able to multi-task

Responsibilities:

Admin duties
Customer relations
Receive & respond to messages, queries and orders via phone & what’s app web
Printing
Generate invoices
Filing
Ad-hoc duties

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00

Salary:

R7,000 - R10,000
