Operations Support Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Support specialist to contribute to the efficiency of our operations across 5 locations. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team, providing support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:Grade 12 with pure Maths results above 75% National Diploma Technical

Key Responsibilities:
• Review customer instructions and disseminate to operations teams
• Compile operations team reports and communicate with customers
• Provide support to laboratory, operations, and customer teams
• Compile job reports, statistics reports, and invoice schedules as required
• Liaise with operational staff across different locations
• Coordinate operational tasks to ensure job completion
• Continuously update clients on job progress
• Preferred Skills:
• Technical background in chemistry, with knowledge of chemical and petroleum products handling
• Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work remotely (after-hours/odd hours)
