The organization provides planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance and quoted works across a client base. The business acts as a service provider for various facilities-related requests.

The Role: Operations Support

This role exists to serve as a crucial component in supporting the operation of the organization. It acts as the central point of contact for all facilities support queries, liaising with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to support the business with planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance and quoted works.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all facilities-related requests, including soft and hard FM.
Log, track, and manage service requests using a CAFM or helpdesk system.
Price and issue quotes for all planned and reactive jobs.
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities by liaising with engineers, technicians, and service providers.
Generate reports on KPIs, SLAs, response times, and performance.
Support the preparation and coordination of tender submissions and maintain sales pipeline governance.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

About You

Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or facilities management role.
Familiarity with CAFM systems such as Concept, Maximo, or ServiceNow.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
Good IT skills, including MS Office and Excel.
Background in Facilities Management or Business Administration (Desirable).
Customer service or FM-related certifications (Desirable).
Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards (Desirable).
