Due to continued growth, Measured Ability Outsourcing Group, a leading national Temporary Employment Service (TES), and South African Labour Powerhouse, has a permanent vacancy for an Operations Controller to join our KZN team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an Operations Controller with experience in Temporary Employment Services(TES) and Logistics/Warehousing industries.

Duties include:

Preparing and presenting basic site inductions and safety briefings.
Assessing and managing safety hazards.
Ensuring appropriate site rules are in place.
Ensure workers are equipped with appropriate PPE.
Helping Site Managers to plan the work schedule.
Helping co-ordinate staff on site.
We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor with experience in Temporary Employment Services(TES) and Logistics/Warehousing industries for one of our sites in Isando, Gauteng.

Good understanding of labour related HR/IR processes
The ability to communicate with, motivate, and if necessary, discipline the workforce.
Ensure optimal client service levels
Gather and review all payroll data
Ensure that all shifts are well resourced as per plan
Engage with the client and staff to ensure that required productivity levels are achieved.
Organisational skills.
The ability to mediate to resolve issues.
An understanding of legal responsibilities.
An understanding of occupational health and behavioural safety issues

Minimum Requirements:

A Minimum of 2 Years working experience as an Operations Controller in the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry.
Proven track record of managing multiple sites.
Must be proficient in MS Excel
Effective communication and relationship building skills.
Valid Driver’s License.
A clear criminal and credit record.

A basic salary is on offer.
