SUMMARY:
A fast-paced company on the East Rand is seeking a highly organised Operations Assistant to support the Managing Director and help streamline daily operations. This role requires a disciplined, detail-oriented individual who can manage tasks, coordinate teams, and bring structure to a busy environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track operational tasks, projects, and deadlines.
Follow up with team members to ensure work is completed on schedule.
Assist with documenting and maintaining company SOPs and processes.
Coordinate internal meetings and track action items.
Manage the Director’s calendar, emails, and priorities.
Assist with client communication and operational reporting.

Requirements:

Highly organised, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proactive with strong follow-through and accountability.
Comfortable using Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or similar systems.
Able to work under pressure and take ownership of responsibilities.
