Responsibilities 

  • Plan, organise, control, monitor, report on truck status
  • Measure against set KPIs - push, follow up, escalate where necessary
  • System updates
  • Ensure Vehicle and Trip documentation is accurate and complete
  • Driver Management i.e. Documents, Discipline, Leave Planning, Bonuses, etc.
  • Report compilation

Requirements 

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Own Transport
  • Industry-related experience
  • Computer Literate
  • Good systems skills
  • Effective communication and people skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must be willing to work shifts, overtime
