JOB DESCRIPTION:

The main purpose of the job:
To manage delivery, receipt, and distribution of office consumables and equipment within an organized system

Location:
31 Princess of Wales Terrace, Parktown, Johannesburg

Key performance areas:
Administration
Receive and issue stock
Asset management
Fleet management (ThirdStream Vehicle)

Required minimum education and training:
Grade 12
Drivers license required

Required minimum work experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in stock management.

Desirable additional education, work experience, and personal abilities:
Experience working in a project-based environment.
Exceptional organization and administrative skills together with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Assertive, confident, and adaptable.
Pro-active, energetic, and able to exercise discretion and independent decision-making.
Able to prioritize own workload and work to deadlines.
Self-motivated, and able to work independently and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
