JOB DESCRIPTION:

Operations Administrator

Our client is looking for an Operation Administrator to effectively mange and oversee the general office administration as well as data capturing.

Administration Duties:

• Data Capturing
• Fuel Administration
• Filing
• Reporting
• Leave Administration
• Driver Queries
• Time & Attendance System Maintenance
• Debtors Administration

Qualifications :

• Matric
• Computer Literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
• Advanced Studies (Tertiary Diploma/Degree) advantageous

Experience :

• Experience in transport environment advantageous
• Data capturing experience
• General administrative experience
• Experience in the Kronos system advantageous
• Experience in Evolution advantageous

Personal Qualities

• Excellent administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work well with a team and under pressure.
• Must be diligent and time competent in order to meet deadlines.
• Must be honest, reliable and trustworthy.

Salary : R15k - R20k depending on experience.
