SUMMARY:
Our client, a large manufacturing company, based in Shaka's Head, currently seeks an experienced Operations Administrator.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree or Diploma in relevant field.
Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a Manufacturing environment (non-negotiable).
SAP experience essential.

Duties:

Process customer orders.
Stock code creation.
Create and maintain works orders.
Capture manufacturing documents.
Stock management / stock count preparation.
Liaise with Sales, Production and Finance departments.

Competencies:

Work to deadline/time management skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail is critical (role involves a lot of data capturing that needs to be accurate).
Able to work well in a team and use your own initiative.
