Compile operational reports, analyse data and maintain accurate records, reconciliations and administrative controls.
Coordinate customer meetings, prepare reports and presentations, communicate updates and escalate service-related issues where necessary.

Strong Excel capabilities, including formulas, data analysis, reconciliations, reporting and working with large datasets.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, accountability and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
