Operations & Logistics Coordinator (Blouberg, Cape Town) R10,000 – R15,000 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Company specializing in complementary, personalized, design & sourcing solutions for all aspects of tiles & flooring is seeking a candidate with strong logistics and administrative skills to join their fast-paced team.

This is a full-time position based at the company’s office in Blouberg.

The candidate must be able to work independently, track multiple enquiries, plan work flow effectively and be able to prioritise various tasks. Adapt positively to change, be able to work well under pressure and possess excellent attention to detail.

Requirements:

- Matric with Mathematics as a matric subject is required

- At least 5 years’ experience in operations and logistics

- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

- Excel intermediate to advanced is required

- Must be proficient in Maths and knowledgeable in working out square and cubic meters

- Industry knowledge

- Experience in Pastel (or any other accounting software) to be able to process purchase orders, add inventory and process quotes

- Must be willing to complete assessments as part of the application process.
