Qualifications & Experience

We’re looking for a driven professional with a solid foundation in finance and strong operational expertise in the asset management industry. The ideal candidate will bring:

A BCom degree in Finance (or equivalent)
Internal or external audit experience
In-depth knowledge of collective investment schemes and portfolio administration
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within Fund Operations or Asset Management Operations in the Financial Services sector

Primary Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital role in maintaining the operational integrity of our investment platform. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Conducting thorough due diligence reviews to assess institutional and operational risk
Preparing and reviewing Minimum Disclosure Documents (MDDs) to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
Managing Enhanced AML and KYC Due Diligence processes—collating and supplying documentation to external service providers and regulators
Driving excellence in Operational Due Diligence and delivering high-quality outcomes on assigned tasks
Supporting the documentation and continuous improvement of operational processes via Nintex for audit and risk management
Assisting, as needed, with Section 42 transfers and trade operations within the Fund Operations team
