Operational Assistant

An established company is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operational Assistant to support daily business operations, broker administration and client services..

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operational workflows and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage operational reporting, trackers, projects and administrative processes.
Monitor policy renewals, follow up with clients and institutions, and assist with new business, endorsements, cancellations and policy administration.
Provide administrative support to brokers across multiple portfolios, liaising with clients and insurers.
Coordinate claims administration, monitor processing and settlements, and maintain complaint registers.
Oversee CRM administration, system enhancements, testing and database management.
Manage ticketing systems, SharePoint filing and general correspondence.
Handle client queries, third-party forms and applications while maintaining professional communication.
Assist with compliance requirements and financial reconciliations.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Relevant administrative or operational experience.
Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good computer literacy and experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders.
