SUMMARY:
Our Retail client is recruiting for an Online Store Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Compare orders daily received to stock on hand report and allocate

Give allocation to online order clerk (OOC) and ensure he/she sends to stores

Follow up with OOC that all orders despatched

Follow up with OOC that all orders are credited and invoiced

Follow up with OOC that all orders are delivered

Deal with customers to sort out any queries and resolve timeously

Deal with customers to substitute styles where out of stock and process on Shopify

Deal with customers on returns, refunds etc

Follow up returns done and refunds done

Coordinate the entire online order process and ensure customer satisfaction and everything done on time in full at a high quality level

Engage with stakeholders to resolve any issues (payment providers, internal staff, customers, courier companies)
