Electrical supplier looking for a young, innovative Online Sales Rep to join their company.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education

Matric
Experience systems (Sage, Sap, Accpac) a bonus

Requirements

Work under pressure
Experience within Wholesale and Retail industry

Duties

Present, promote and sell products to new and existing customers.
Conducting ongoing market research and Competitor analysis.
Maintaining and updating online sales/purchasing methods and systems.
Developing new leads and communicating with customers.
Creating and maintaining a database for current and potential customers.
Preparing and sending quotes to customers.
Following up with customers on sales inquiries submitted and requested through email and/or calls.
Raising payment requisitions.
Preparing and sending invoices to customers.
Ensuring all online orders are paid for before handing the order confirmation over to the warehouse for preparation and delivery.
Working knowledge and understanding of online sales (processes and procedures).
Understanding and ability to work on social media platforms.
