The Role: Sales Representative, Frame Division

This position exists to develop strategic alliances and business partnerships with clients across the designated geographical territory to achieve commercial sales objectives. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts, prospecting for new business opportunities, and maximizing brand presence in-store. Reporting to the Channel Manager, the role balances field sales execution, brand representation, visual merchandising, store staff training, and ongoing territory performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience to manage account relationships and drive territory objectives.

• Represent the brand portfolio as a dedicated ambassador to strengthen market status and increase market share in-store.

• Reach and exceed quarterly key performance indicator targets through structured account management and proactive business development.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while developing long-term, value-based alliances with clients.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting by brand and account while monitoring territory sales figures and trends.

• Maintain brand integrity through visual merchandising standards and trade marketing execution in-store.

• Train store staff on product knowledge, storytelling, and effective selling techniques.

• Manage inventory proactively, negotiate POSM placement, and handle digital catalogues and online ordering systems.

About You

• 3 to 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within fashion, medical, or FMCG industries.

• Grade 12 with mathematics.

• Valid driver''s license with own reliable vehicle.

• Willingness to travel 1 to 2 weeks away from home per month across the territory.

• Ability to participate in compulsory quarterly after-hours activations.

• Fluency in English and Afrikaans.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel skills and comfort using digital catalogues and online systems.

• Strong account management, prospecting, negotiation, closing, and analytical skills.

• Skill in optical knowledge, fashion trend awareness, technical conversation, storytelling, and conducting in-store training.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, highly self-disciplined, adaptable, and resilient attributes in a fast-paced environment.

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business, or Social Media Influencing is advantageous.
