Office Manager | Mount Edgecombe

POSITION INFO:

Office Manager position, which will involve the following responsibilities:

i. Administration of the Wealth function within the practice, which involves the Investment function.

ii. Administration of the Estate Planning function within the practice, which involves Wills, Trusts and Deceased Estates.

iii. Administration of the Risk function within the practice, which involves Life and Disability Insurance.

iv. Office Management: This involves the recording of functions and responsibilities within the practice, the delegation of duties and the management of other administrators within our operations. Management of the staff means the delegation of tickets, recording of tickets and collating the work for checking with myself.

Position Details: Office / Admin Manager

This is a full-day position.
The working hours are 08h00 – 16h30.
Someone with experience in administration, office management, who can engage with both clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner. Who is adept and ensuring that deadlines are met, and the required contributions from other staff members are received on time.
Very reliable and trustworthy, with strong traits of honesty and integrity.
It is a role for a female, aged between 25 – 55.
