Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper (5 Month Maternity Cover) - Muldersvlei, Cape Town - R13,000 - R15,000 per month

The ideal candidate would be someone who has bookkeeping to trial balance background experience with some accounting knowledge.

Key Performances:

Brick Control / Security Gate Check
Shift roster & Timesheets
New enrolments & exit packs
Fuel trace – Diesel consumption, tagging, problem solving etc.
Correspondence (All managers)
Vehicle Licensing
Teas/coffees for guests/meetings
Health & Safety / Injury of Duty
Company forms (Approved/Obsolete) – create & amend
Print factory- , security- & workshop forms (Weekly)
Telephonic & Internet problems
Filing (Weekly & Monthly) & Archiving
Incoming calls to the company (manage switchboard)
Foreign National Summary
Medicals (Entrance & Exits) – Xray bookings
Stationery orders
Groceries & Cleaning Products
SOP’s (creating & amending)
ERP
Stock Entries
Sorting Entries
Purchase orders
