JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Reporting to Branch Manger incumbent wit be responsible for running the admin duties

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCEAND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Matric

• 3-5 years branch administration experience

• Computer literate

• Customer Service Experience

• Good Communication Skiffs

• Accuracy and high attention to details

• Able to Under pressure

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

• Transport arrangement and logistic coordinating

• Branch stock movement- Tickets

• Assist with sourcing of equipment between branches and liaising with operations staff

• Placing PO's and following up on the invoices, GRN and submit to the Head Office
