SUMMARY:
Our Client within the Automotive industry is urgently seeking a well organised Office Administrator based in Malmesbury (Cape Town) that will assist in the full administrative function of the branch. The individual MUST be highly Computer Literate with a sound understating of purchase orders, quotations, invoicing, stock control and wages/timesheets, and or payroll.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • +3 years Office Administration
  • Experience with the Automotive industry/Technical industry essential
  • Must be highly Computer Literate
  • Understanding of wage processing and capturing of timesheets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Well organised 

Responsibilities but not limited to:
  • Daily banking and reconciliation of the banking.
  • Receiving and capturing of cash payments.
  • Disbursements.
  • Sending and receipting of stock.
  • Processing of Credit Notes and Claims.
  • Loading and confirmations of purchase orders and ensuring Accounts Payable receives completed documentation via email.
  • Capturing and processing of all Invoices.
  • Ordering and management of all Office Supplies.
  • Assist with the information needed by Accounts Payable.
  • Monthly Stock Take – capturing and assist with counting where required.
  • Capturing of weekly wages, overtime, and breakdowns and ensuring all relevant wage documents are emailed to HR.
