We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team in the role of Office Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

General administrative support to the team
Answering and redirecting phone calls
Taking accurate messages and notes during meetings
Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
Making travel arrangements
Ordering office supplies and printer consumables
Coordinating meeting rooms and office operations
Data entry and maintaining digital and physical filing systems
Assisting with the organisation of internal and external events
Procurement

Basic project management capabilities

Computer Literacy:

Xero Accounting Software (advantageous, but not essential)
