SUMMARY:
Office Administrator required in the Springs area.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars.
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.
Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
Support HR functions, including employee records, onboarding, and attendance tracking.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for staff when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures. ISO
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed, including sales.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary : R20 000 Gross (Negotiable)

Preferably in the East Rand area and willing to travel to Springs
