Night Manager

We are looking for the Night Nurse Manager to be responsible for the Clinical Nursing Management of the hospital at night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the allocated nursing budget at night
• Understand the financial fundamentals of the health care industry
• Identify areas to improve operational efficiencies to ensure sustainability and growth of the business
• Ensure that you provide safe, cost effective quality patient care in line with the clinical governance strategy of the hospital
• Evaluate nursing quality indicators and clinical outcomes
• Ensure the principles of infection prevention and all standard precautions are adhered to

Requirements of Position:

• SANC Registration
• Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
• Good , Clean and Contactable References
• An intermediate level of Computer proficiency
• Ensure Clinical Expertise within your speciality
• 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Night Manager
