SUMMARY:
Registered Nurse - Night Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for the Night Nurse Manager to be responsible for the Clinical Nursing Management of the hospital at night.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the allocated nursing budget at night
Understand the financial fundamentals of the health care industry
Identify areas to improve operational efficiencies to ensure sustainability and growth of the business
Ensure that you provide safe, cost effective quality patient care in line with the clinical governance strategy of the hospital
Evaluate nursing quality indicators and clinical outcomes
Ensure the principles of infection prevention and all standard precautions are adhered to

Requirements of Position:

SANC Registration
Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse
Good , Clean and Contactable References
An intermediate level of Computer proficiency
Ensure Clinical Expertise within your speciality
3 – 5 years’ experience as a Night Manager
