My client, a dynamic automotive and trust group, is looking for a newly qualified CA(SA) to join their team as an Accountant, leading a talented finance team based in Mauritius. This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role with international exposure and be part of a supportive, ambitious, and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive results: Prepare and review monthly management accounts for both South Africa and Mauritius
Lead with impact: Oversee and guide a Mauritius-based finance team, ensuring precision and performance
Own the numbers: Manage reconciliations, journals, and statutory compliance
Shape the future: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Optimise operations: Identify and implement process and control improvements
Collaborate globally: Partner with local and cross-border operational teams
Stay audit-ready: Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Newly qualified CA(SA) with completed SAICA articles
Strong technical accounting expertise and meticulous attention to detail
Confident leader with experience (or potential) managing teams
Familiarity with foreign currency transactions
Excellent communicator skilled in managing remote collaboration
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
Proactive, process-driven mindset with a passion for improvement
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
