New Vehicle Sales Executive

Our client is opening an exciting new dealership and is looking for ambitious, energetic and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Executives to join their growing team.

POSITION INFO:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers
• Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles based on their requirements
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications and benefits
• Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
• Consistently follow up with prospective and existing customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Assist customers with vehicle finance and related products where required
• Stay informed about current vehicle models, specifications, technology and industry developments
• Deliver a professional and exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey
• Work collaboratively with the dealership team to achieve overall sales objectives

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Valid driver's licence, essential
• Previous sales experience will be advantageous
• Vehicle sales experience is beneficial but not essential
• Experience in retail, telecommunications, insurance, financial services, property, hospitality or another target-driven sales environment will be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability or potential to work towards and achieve sales targets
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Confident, professional and well-presented
• Self-motivated, ambitious and hungry to achieve results
• Energetic, enthusiastic and persuasive
• Strong negotiation, follow-up and closing abilities
• Reliable, resilient and able to perform in a target-driven environment
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
• Adaptable and willing to learn new products, technology and sales processes
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Willingness to work Saturdays and Public Holidays as required

  Saturdays & Public Holidays: 09:00 – 13:00
