SUMMARY:
We are looking for motivated and experienced New Vehicle Sales Executives to join our high-volume automotive dealership in East Rand.

The ideal candidate will have proven automotive sales experience, a track record of achieving sales targets, and strong customer service skills.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years automotive sales experience (experience in other industries will not be considered)
Stable employment history with contactable references
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to consistently sell 8-10 vehicles per month
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide professional sales advice
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (8-10 vehicles per month)
Present and demonstrate new vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value
Conduct test drives and follow up with prospective buyers
Negotiate pricing, finance options, and trade-in values professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and market trends
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, processes, and relevant legislation
Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including contracts, documentation, and reporting
