WE ARE HIRING: New Vehicle Sales Executive — Luxury Brand
Location: Fourways | Salary: Market Related + Commission

We are seeking a driven, personable New Vehicle Sales Executive with a passion for the motor industry to join our luxury dealership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively attend to customer queries and complaints
• Attend to customers on the showroom floor and handle telephone queries timeously
• Support existing clients with service-related requirements
• Complete administration accurately and meet deadlines
• Follow up on referrals and prospect new customers
• Prepare and ready new vehicles for delivery timeously
• Conduct after-sales service and vehicle demonstrations, and gather client feedback
• Work cross-departmentally to support the wider sales process

Requirements:

• 3 years'' sales experience in the motor industry
• Strong active listening, persuasive communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident negotiation and closing ability
• Resilient and self-motivated, able to work under pressure and handle rejection
• Deep product knowledge of vehicle specifications, trim levels, safety ratings and add-ons
• Understanding of financing, leasing, retail math and insurance options
• CRM proficiency for managing leads and follow-ups
• Strong time and diary management
• National Senior Certificate
• Computer literate
