POSITION INFO:

Are you technically minded, energetic and eager to build your career in the networking and internet service provider industry?

Our client is looking for a motivated Network Support Technician to join their growing technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with network installations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, providing client support and ensuring the smooth operation of wireless internet systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• 1–2 years'' relevant technical experience.
• Experience within the Internet Service Provider (ISP) industry advantageous.
• Experience with on-site installations and technical support.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi and wireless internet systems.
• Basic knowledge of MikroTik, Ubiquiti, VoIP and CCTV camera systems.
• Valid driver''s licence (Code 8 or Code 10).
• Own reliable transport 
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• Computer literate with good general computer skills.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Passport and valid work permit required for foreign candidates.
