NOC Level 2 Technician

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled NOC Level 2 Technician to provide second-line technical support, network monitoring, and advanced troubleshooting within an SLA-driven ISP environment. This role operates within a shift structure and supports both office-based and remote weekend/night operations.

Responsibilities 

Monitor and maintain client networks and ISP infrastructure

• Provide second-line troubleshooting on routers, switches, wireless links, fibre services, and connectivity issues
• Ensure SLA compliance and escalate complex issues when required
• Implement configuration changes and perform maintenance upgrades
• Conduct root cause analysis and maintain accurate ticket updates
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Participate in the shift schedule (08:00–22:30, 7 days a week)

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• 2–3 years’ practical experience in a technical support or NOC role within an ISP environment
• Solid working knowledge of MikroTik (RouterOS and hardware troubleshooting)
• Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
• Good knowledge of switching, VLANs, wireless technologies
• Understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking principles
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools
