About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a leading NDT solutions provider to recruit five young learners for an exciting Learnership Programme aimed at bridging technical expertise with internal sales acumen. This opportunity is designed for individuals with a background in NDT who are keen to transition from hands-on technical work into a commercial support role. Successful candidates will receive structured training in administrative sales functions, customer engagement, and internal systems, providing them with a strong foundation for a long-term career in technical sales.
Key Responsibilities (Learning Focused)
- Learn to support the internal sales team in processing customer enquiries
- Assist with preparing quotes, managing product information, and client communication
- Gain exposure to internal sales tools and order management systems
- Learn to bridge technical NDT knowledge with customer solution offerings
- Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions
- Support ad hoc administrative and internal coordination tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Completed tertiary qualification in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)
- Interest in applying technical knowledge in a customer-facing or sales role
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured, commercial environment
- Professional attitude and willingness to work in an office-based team
