Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and create standout visual content across social media, digital advertising, websites, print, packaging, point-of-sale material, and large-format outdoor campaigns.
• Bring stories to life through engaging 2D and 3D animations for social media reels, product demonstrations, digital campaigns, and promotional content
• Own the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring every piece of work is visually impactful, accurate, and aligned with campaign objectives
• Transform marketing briefs and brand strategies into eye-catching visuals that capture attention and drive engagement across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop fresh concepts, moodboards, storyboards, and campaign ideas that push creative boundaries
• Ensure all creative assets maintain a strong and consistent visual identity while meeting platform, print, and production specifications
• Deliver pixel-perfect, platform-ready, and print-ready artwork with exceptional attention to detail
• Adapt creative content for multiple formats and channels while maintaining quality, consistency, and visual impact.
• Balance creativity with commercial objectives to produce designs that are not only beautiful but also effective
• Stay ahead of emerging design, animation, and digital trends to bring innovative ideas and techniques to every project

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related creative field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in multimedia design, with a strong track record across both digital and print-based marketing environments
• A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in:
• Graphic design for social media and digital campaigns
• Motion graphics and animation (2D and 3D)
• 3D modelling, rendering, and animation
• Print and out-of-home creative, including posters, billboards, packaging, and point-of-sale materials
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Strong working knowledge of 3D design and animation software such as Blender or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of marketing principles and the role creative design plays in driving engagement, brand awareness, and commercial success
• Exceptional layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency
• Ability to balance creativity with strategy, producing visually compelling work that achieves campaign objectives
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, formats, and deadlines simultaneously
