SUMMARY:
Are you a creative powerhouse with a flair for visual storytelling? We’re looking for a Multimedia Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms.

POSITION INFO:
Knowledge and abilities:

Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and feedback.
Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for printing.
Familiarity with current design trends and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

Designing store front banners, boards, and other branding materials.
Creating technical specification/data sheets.
Producing stills for social media.
Ensuring consistent branding across all materials.
Capturing high-quality photography and videopgraphy.
Motion Graphics / Video FX
Social Media Management (PPC and Campaign management posts)
Maintaining Brand Consistency Across All Outputs
Collaborating Across Departments for Design Alignment
Publications
Project Management
Managing Digital Asset Libraries
Contributing to Creative Strategy
A/B Testing and Design Iteration
Keeping Up With Industry Trends
Miscellaneous Graphic Design Task

Boxes to tick:

Matric
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and high-quality design work.
