Millwright-Steel & Plastic Injection Moulding

The key responsibilities of the position includes:

 Ensure that repair maintenance is carried out and all mechanical presses and hydraulic installations are maintained as per manufacturers standards.

1. Planning to schedule , reporting, inspection and repairing is carried out.
2. Perform all relevant statutory checks as required.
3. Improve versatility ,problemsolving and troubleshooting on all equipment.
4. Able to mentor apprentices.

 The ideal candidate will preferaby :

• Be a qualified artisan , Millwright  coupled with a minimum of 5 years experience in the plastic moulding industry maintaining the machines.
• Have sound knowledge of engineering and plant equipment ,ie Compressors, Conveyors,Pumps, Forging Plant and Hydraulic Presses.
• Hands on individual
• Be confident and assertive
• Be willing to learn
• Work overtime as required and perform standby.
• Be able to work under immense pressure.
