SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Receptionist for a busy Medical practice based in Durban.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous working experience in a medical practice
Must have competency in Microsoft office
Preferably some that live in the Musgrave, Berea, Overport area, so close to Life Entabeni Hospital
Billing experience
Vericlaim software experience before would be highly beneficial

Duties:

Checking benefits with medical aids
Billing medical aids for in and outpatients
Drafting of debtors list for the month
Following up on outstanding fees
Drafting reports of bad debt for the month
Take over the billing for the practice, and to assist with basic filing and calls - when needed to.
