Our client in the Medical Sales industry is seeking a highly experienced Medical Sales Representative to join thier team based in Cape Town 

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 
• Relevant qualification would be advantageous
• 1 to 3 years of experience in medical devices sales
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and teachnical product demostration
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel for client meetings

Main Job Function

• Achieving sales targets by selling , demostrating , and supporting medical devices
• Conduct analyses of all reporting dashbords to ensure activities increase productivity within the retail objectives
• Compile and maintain a data base of all agreed target clients with information details pertinent to all clients on an ongoing basis
• Prepares action plan and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contact to be made-A, B,C customers in coverage and frequency.
• Prepares presentations and proposals to increase sales effectively
• Coordinates with compnay staff to accomplish the work required to cloes sales
• Develops and implements special sales activities to reduce stock
• Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Take charge of the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
