SUMMARY:
We're expanding our footprint in Cape Town and looking for a highâenergy, confident Outbound Sales Agent to drive market presence, build strong referral networks, and grow our customer base in the medical oxygen equipment sector, Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
Location: Cape Town (Field-based)
Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do

Conduct daily outbound field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, retirement homes, EMS providers, and more
Build relationships with decisionâmakers and create referral pipelines
Promote medical oxygen products (oxygen concentrators, cylinders, CPAP, consumables)
Meet weekly/monthly targets, follow up on quotes, and close deals
Maintain accurate client notes and provide regular reporting

What You Need

Valid driver’s license (nonânegotiable)
Strong fieldâsales or B2B outbound experience
Excellent communication + relationshipâbuilding skills
Selfâmanaged, motivated, resilient, and targetâdriven
English required (Afrikaans/Xhosa a bonus)

Nice to Have

Experience in medical/pharmaceutical/device sales
Existing relationships in Cape Town’s healthcare ecosystem

Compensation

ð° R20,000 CTC + commission + petrol/travel allowance
(Top performers earn well above base.)

Success in 60–90 Days Means

Daily active visits
Strong lead/referral pipeline
Growing presence in Cape Town healthcare circles
Consistent quoting + closing
