POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Operations & Process Management

• Lead initiatives to improve inter-departmental communication and collaboration.

• Establish, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure effective cross-departmental workflows.

• Lead meeting management for key operational and project reviews, ensuring clear actions and outcomes.

• Manage department assets (hardware) and system access protocols.

• Drive operational upskilling and training programs within the team.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for sharing best practices and ensuring information consistency across teams, departments, and regions.

2. Financial & Vendor Management

• Ensure compliance of GRS (Global Reimbursement System) through proper assessment and approval processes.

• Lead initiatives to clear overdue financial items.

• Manage agency retainer assessments, negotiations, implementation, and tracking.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of legal contract management, including review, negotiation, approval, implementation, and monitoring.

3. Project Direction & Communication

• Provide direction and oversight for key strategic projects.

• Clarify marketing objectives, team functions, and role responsibilities within projects.

• Develop and monitor quarterly measurable targets for business, category, and marketing KPIs.

4. Systems & Compliance

• Manage platform and system training, updates, and adoption across teams.

• Ensure all operational processes and projects align with legal and company compliance standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, with significant project management responsibilities.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, accruals, and vendor/contract management.

  • Proven experience developing SOPs, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.

  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing agency retainers and legal contracts.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to improve cross-department collaboration.
