A progressive training organisation specialising in compliance and financial services training is seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional looking to gain practical exposure across digital marketing, branding, content creation, campaigns, and events.
Overview
The Marketing Officer will support the marketing team in executing campaigns and promoting the group’s products, services, and overall brand. The role focuses on assisting with creative execution, content creation, and day-to-day marketing activities across digital, print, and social media platforms, while gaining practical exposure to marketing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support & Execution

• Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Support the team in ensuring marketing activities are executed effectively.
• Provide general administrative support for marketing projects and initiatives.

• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing platforms, communications, and learner materials.
• Assist with the creation and updating of branded content and documents.

• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and basic community engagement.
• Support email marketing campaigns and digital content updates.
• Monitor basic performance metrics and report on engagement where required.

• Assist in creating marketing content, including social media posts, basic graphics, and written copy.
• Work with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, and digital assets.
• Support the rollout of campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Assist in compiling reports on campaign performance and engagement.
• Help maintain marketing databases and records.
• Support with general coordination and tracking of marketing activities.

• Work with departments such as Sales, Academics, and IT to support marketing initiatives.
• Assist in gathering information required for campaigns and projects.

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Assist in gathering insights to support marketing campaigns.

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
• Provide on-the-ground support during events and activations.
• Help gather feedback and insights post-events.

• Provide support to the marketing team across various projects.
• Take initiative in learning and contributing to team objectives.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ marketing experience preferred (internships or practical experience advantageous).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Strong creative writing and copywriting ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team.
