We are seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be managing the Business Development marketing process, optimizing our marketing strategies, oversee the classical marketing activities and managing the marketing department's budget and staff.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, the ability to identify new business leads, be highly organised and an exceptional leader.

Experience & Education

• A degree in marketing, business administration, or similar or relevant field will be advantageous
• Candidate will be required to travel locally and will therefore require a valid driver’s license
• Fluent and both Afrikaans and English
• Presentable and confident
• Clear understanding of B2B
• At least five years' experience as a marketing manager
• Competency on social media platforms, Wordpress, Canva and/or Photoshop, a software such as Bitrix24 or a similar CRM system
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills and a good networker
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Budget-management skills and proficiency
• Superb leadership and collaboration
• Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

Duties:

Business Development:

• Project manage the marketing process
• Provide new potential company names to the sales team
• Support the sales management team to promote and assist business development
• Preparing and presenting bi-weekly reports to the senior management staff

Classical Marketing:

• Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans
• Manage marketing budget and targets
• Manage marketing department with clear direction, guidance and strategic goals
• Preparing and presenting weekly and monthly reports to the managing director
