Position Overview:

A leading healthcare multinational company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Lead for their Core Lab and POC portfolios.

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing the ideal marketing strategy for the allocated product portfolio taking into account market intelligence and trends in order to ensure optimum positioning, profitability, and growth.

One will be involved in working with internal and external partners and stakeholders to form strategic alliances for maximum market penetration as well as the planning and driving the implementation of the integrated commercial or marketing plans.

• Marketing Strategy and Plan
• Marketing Implementation and Execution
• Stakeholder Management
• Staff Leadership and Management

Essential Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

Minimum Requirements:

• A completed Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) and/or a completed Honours Degree (NQF 8) in Marketing, Business Management, Medical Sciences or similar field.

• At least 7 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Diagnostic Marketing / Product Management, ideally in the medical diagnostic space.
• Willingness to travel

• At least 5 years People Leadership and Management experience, in a multinational working environment.
