We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing Executive to join a growing digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to take ownership of marketing initiatives, bring fresh ideas to the table, and contribute directly to the growth and visibility of the brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the creativity to think both strategically and tactically. Someone with hands-on marketing experience, a go-getter mentality, and the tenacity and determination to deliver results in a fast paced, dynamic, environment.

Someone who is comfortable executing both traditional and digital marketing campaigns, including creative and guerilla-style marketing tactics, and who is ready for a challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
Use guerilla marketing tactics and unconventional approaches to create brand awareness
Assist in crafting marketing strategies that align with business objectives
Identify and act on opportunities in fast-moving environments
Work with cross-functional teams
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance
Manage content creation, social media scheduling, and email marketing initiatives
Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Execute with discipline, focus and flexibility

Requirements:

1-3 years marketing experience
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital tools
Proven go-getter attitude with hands-on approach
Experience with or interest in guerilla marketing
Creative mindset with a strong grasp of brand tone
Highly tenacious, determined, and results-driven
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable thinking creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for detail
Bonus: Experience with social media, content creation, paid ads, or email marketing tools
