Requirements

• Matric
• Qualifications to include a BCOM (Marketing) Degree or applicable BA Diploma
• Responsible for the administrative and marketing duties of the Training Academy
• Valid Drivers license
• Fully Bilingual
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva

Responsibilities:

• Handling all training enquiries (email, website, telephonic, walk in, Facebook, free marketing websites etc)
• Printing and binding of training manuals
• Design and print certificates
• Compile training schedules (we have a main training facility in Centurion and smaller facilities in Roodepoort and Edenvale)
• Arrange catering for training sessions
• Handle all enquiries from our various platforms
• Arrange training and make bookings
• Manage social media platforms and advertisement
• Do video editing for virtual training
• Admin of online LMS (Learning Management System)
• Arranging with Marketing department to compile marketing packs to be given to all students attending training
• Provide mailshot information to Marketing.
• Plan mailshot schedule and contents in coordination with demand and Marketing.
• Submit weekly and monthly marketing reports as required
• Proofread changes to training documents.
• Update yearly calendar on wall and other places displayed.
• Capture and Manage Whatsapp enquiries
• Manage and print trainer evaluation and marketing info capture forms. After completion the   forms must be collected from Trainer and processed.
• Send monthly student info to Sales Manager, New Business Developer and Marketing.
• Prep and arrange branch training.
