SUMMARY:
Are you a result orientated, self-motivated and deadline driven marketing consultant with one to two years experience looking for an exciting new opportunity? Are you bilingual with an excellent command of the English and Afrikaans languages?

Our International Client is requiring your experience working on Photoshop and an understanding of WordPress and WooCommerce to join their successful business to add value and make an impact with their dynamic team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric (Grade 12)
Tertiary Qualification and/or Equivalent Certification in Marketing a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required – Fluent English
MS Office skills (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) – working experience required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience working with basic Graphic Design programmes such as Photoshop/CorelDraw required – Essential
In depth knowledge of marketing principles and digital content trends
Experience and/or knowledge working on website backends such as WordPress and WooCommerce

DUTIES

Supporting the Marketing Executive with various projects within the organisation
Design creative assets and write or edit marketing literature such as blog posts, brochures, catalogues etc. to augment the company’s presence within the market
Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Update and organise all Marketing drives on the server to ensure up to date record keeping at all times
Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating marketing content related to the conduct of the employer’s business
Maintain promotional material inventory on an ongoing basis
Manage all processes and planning for meetings and trade shows
Implement and manage marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysing sales forecasts
Preparing marketing and advertising strategies by ensuring efficient planning and identification of marketing objectives
Planning and organizing promotional presentations and updating calendars
Monitoring and tracking product line sales and costs by analysing and entering sales expenses and new business data
Managing promotional materials by coordinating requirements with the graphics team/department, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt thereof
Provide support to sales staff by providing sales data and information, market forecasts, account analyses, and new product information
Work alongside agencies and freelance associates in order to ensure the efficient and accurate completion of marketing tasks, while maintaining a professional and ethical relationship with all agents and freelancing associates
Ensure that the research database is maintained by continuously conducting ongoing research on competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing and advertising

Salary: Negotiable, based on the candidate's knowledge, skills and experience
