Job Purpose:

Providing personal assistant and support functions to the Executive Management team.

To liaise with the Executive Team and Sales Management to develop, manage and execute our Marketing strategy and initiatives within the Company, including budget and cost management.

Act as Office Manager and ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve Company procedures and day to day operations.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Qualification in Marketing
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and electronic diary management etc)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Basic graphic Design programs experience an advantage
• Experience working with CRM, Email Marketing Tools, Marketing Automation Software, Survey Development Software, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, WordPress and Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube) will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and managing marketing schedules
• Monthly updates of website and social media info
• Monthly update of all info and content for video streaming
• On time and accurate reports, presentations and other deliverables
• On time and accurate travel arrangements
• Timeous response to all office and facilities issues
