Groot Brakrivier, Western Cape

Salary: Market Related

Working hours: 7:30am – closing Monday to Sunday, Evenings, Weekends & Holidays as needed for hospitality requirements.

Experience Required

- 3 years in marketing/design (agency or in‑house)

Skills Needed

- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications or Brand Management (advantageous)

- Proven experience in Marketing / Brand Management

- Hospitality industry experience is essential

- Strong digital marketing & social media knowledge

- Content creation, photography & videography skills

- Excellent written & verbal communication

- Creative eye & attention to detail

- Able to work independently & take initiative

- Strong organisational & time‑management skills

- Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines

- Own transport & valid driver’s license (advantageous)

Qualifications

- Marketing / Communications / Brand Management qualification (advantageous)

Computer Skills

- Strong computer literacy is essential

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

- Strengthen & maintain brand identity

- Ensure consistency across all platforms

- Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness

Marketing & Social Media

- Develop & implement marketing strategy

- Manage social media platforms

- Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

- Plan & manage content calendar

- Promote restaurants, weddings, events, accommodation, deli & lifestyle shop

- Monitor engagement & performance

- Develop creative campaigns to boost bookings & sales

Content Creation & Photography

- Capture high‑quality photos & videos

- Edit and maintain organised content library

- Cover events, weddings & special moments

Hospitality & Events

- Assist at functions, weddings & events

- Capture live content

- Work closely with hospitality teams

- Willing to work evenings, weekends & public holidays

Marketing Opportunities

- Build partnerships & collaborations

- Engage with suppliers, influencers & tourism bodies

- Assist with campaigns, promotions & events

- Stay updated on hospitality & marketing trends
