JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties

This role is to plan, organize, manage, and execute all company initiatives from start to finish by ensuring that each activity is aligned to the company
Dynamic environment, strong project management, events planning, and delivery skills is essential for this role.
Ensuring a continued smooth-running process between all involved parties.
Provide an overall end to end initiative management service.
Events Management & Planning:
Responsible for the development, productions, and delivery of all company events (both internal and external).
Ensure that events are executed
Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project and event.
Manage operational and administrative functions
Travel to off-site venues
Ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

Budget and report on financial efforts for each event.
Update meetings to be held with key stakeholders for each event to discuss the progress of each event planned.
Regular reporting on planned, in progress and completed events.
Related University Diploma/Degree in Marketing
Events planning and execution track record is essential
Knowledge and proven track record in marketing or sales
5 years or more years’ experience in the ICT industry with a specific focus on Marketing, brand, events planning and management
At least 6+ years’ experience in a large corporate environment/company
As this role requires travel both within Gauteng and the SA regions, a valid driver’s license and own transport is essential.

Technical Competencies:

MS Office essential.
