SUMMARY:
An Internal Vacancy exist for a Marketing Administrator in the Marketing and Communications Division, based in Centurion.

The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

POSITION INFO:

Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns, events and internal communications
Support content development for presentations, newsletters, and marketing collateral
Maintain and update marketing databases, contracts list, and project trackers
liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services
Monitor and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and departmental KPIs
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs in line with corporate guidelines

The suitable candidate should have the following qualifications/attributes/skills:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Energetic and eager to learn
Reliable and deadline driven
Professional demeanour with a positive attitude
