SUMMARY:
Signa Opportunity is recruiting unemployed youth for quality workplace experience through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.
About the YES Initiative
The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Position: Sales & Marketing Administrator Intern
Stipend: R 5 400.00

Location: Boksburg

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Comply with work rules, standards, and methods.
Obtain and check information and Capture data accurately.
File documents as per procedure.
Assists the Sales Department with administrative tasks.
Collaborates with other Departments as needed.
Assist with marketing related queries as and when required.
Support the sales team by providing marketing materials and other promotional items needed.
Maintain marketing databases, mailing lists, customer records.
Ensure guidelines are adhered to.
Ensure that all supporting documents are kept up to date.
Ensure all processes are kept relevant.
Keep Filing system up to date.
Reporting

Requirements:

South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
Matric (Grade12)

Preferred Skills:

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing administration.
