SUMMARY:
To support the Marketing Coordinator in executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, preparing content, managing digital platforms, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, creative, and eager to grow in the field of marketing.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
Update and manage content on the company website and social media pages
Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and newsletters
Track and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
Coordinate logistics for promotional events, trade shows, and internal functions
Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed
Maintain the marketing calendar and assist in meeting deadlines
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral
Maintain and update the marketing database, CRM tools, and mailing lists
Support with administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, and stock control of marketing materials

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-2 years’ experience in a marketing support or administration role (internship experience acceptable)
