MIN REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate MUST meet the following requirements – Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered:
-             A Senior Certificate – Grade 12
-             Previous experience/ maintenance background an advantage
-             Computer skills – SYSPRO experience a must
-             Technical/ stores experience an advantage
-             Strong admin orientated
-             English as proficiency – speak, write and read
-             Decision making, problem solving and organizing skills
-             Be able to maintain a multi-task focus
 
JOB SPECIFICATION:
The successful candidate will be responsible to:
-             Managing the maintenance schedule
-             Opening and closing of jobs on both Syspro and the maintenance schedule
-             liaising with suppliers for quotations and following up on orders
-             liaising with the procurement department for placing of orders
-             creation/requesting of material stock code
-             managing/monitoring the maintenance warehouse material/parts inventory
-             updating and ensuring the preventative maintenance schedule is up to date
-             ensuring that goods/material received are grveed on time
-             help with the general maintenance admin work e.g filling in capex forms, creation of project plans
-             be able to give reports to maintenance manager
-             send out weekly reports on completed jobs and scheduled jobs for the upcoming week to various hod’s
